CurriculumLawyer Fabio Pucciarelli was born in Amandola on November 21st 1968. He has attended the prestigious University LUISS-GUIDO CARLI, Faculty of Law, based in Rome, getting his graduation with full marks in 1994. He passed the exam to practice law in 1998, and was also an apprentice in a notary's office where he stayed from 1994 until 2002. In 1996 and 1997 he has attended the Notarial School of Perugia. In 1997 he was registered in the regional album of freelance journalists. Since 1995 he has been an assistant lecture at the University Of Macerata, in the course of Commercial Law hold by Professors Olivieri, M. Stella Richter, Morera and Lucarini, where he also writes for various Law reviews. In 2002 he has attend a Fleishmann-Hillard course about the techniques and languages of communication. In this academic year 2003-2004 he is the lecturer of Comparative Commercial Law in the Faculty of Linguistic Mediation in Civitanova Marche. Exploiting his experience in lawyers' and notaries' offices, jointly with his sound knowledge of English at present he is mainly involved in consultancy and assistance for foreigners involved in purchasing properties in Italy, as well as inheritance questions connected with our Legal System. He also acts as a lawyer, favouring mainly extra-judicial and contractual activities, in particular trademarks licenses, transactions and out-of-court compositions. |
